We are anticipating that lots will be available for construction of new homes beginning Summer 2019.

1 Story Residence 2,800 Ft.
1-1/2 Story Residence 3,200 Ft. (2,200 on the main level)
2-Story Residence 3,400 Ft. (1,800 on the main level)
What makes Timberstone Ridge unique?
All lots are heavily wooded and each aspect of the community has been guided by the principle that nature drives design. The lots average approx. 3/4 of an acre and buffer zones have been created to preserve trees in addition to natural vegetation. From the design to the placement of each home on the lot, the natural topography and scenic views will be heavily considered.
How does the new home process work?
Traditionally the first step in building a custom home is the selection of a lot. The lot topography may determine the garage location, basement exposure, and house orientation. After a lot has been selected an architect can then begin to either modify an existing plan if one has already been selected or potentially design a custom home to maximize the characteristics of the lot. Upon completion of the plan a builder can then begin to price the home based on the desired finishes. The design and construction time frame will vary for each home but it is not uncommon for the design process to take approximately 3 mos. and the construction time frame from 10 mos.-1yr.+.
